Identity Verification:  In order to provide a safe and secure learning environment, admission to our colleges require that all new credit applicants verify their identity. Applicants will need access to a computer or mobile device that has a working camera in order to provide a real-time photo of themself (Liveness Check) and upload a photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, ID Card, etc.).

• Applying is free and you can apply any time.
• You must have a personal email address to complete the application.
• Save your username and temporary password!
• When you finish your application, check your personal email for next steps.

Returning Students: Welcome Back! If you have attended RCC or another VCCS school but do not have your student ID, please contact Admissions: 804-758-6740. You will need this information to re-apply.

NOTE: The application provides general admission to the college. Admission into selected programs, will require applicants to satisfy additional program-level entrance requirements.
