To help maintain a safe and secure learning environment, all new credit-seeking applicants are required to verify their identity as part of the admission process. Applicants must have access to a computer or mobile device with a camera in order to complete a live photo verification (liveness check) and upload a valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or identification card.

Welcome Back! If you have previously attended P&HCC or another Virginia Community College within the last three years, you do not need to submit a new application and can instead connect with an advisor. If it has been more than three years since your last enrollment, you will need your EMPLID number to reapply. Please contact admissions: 276-656-0301 if you do not know your EMPLID.
